Standard Delivery (Australia)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. Orders under $150 AUD will incur the following shipping fee.

Order below $75 = $6.95 AUD flat-rate.
Order above $75 = $4.95 AUD flat-rate.

Orders above $150 = Free Shipping.

Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Express Delivery (Australia)

Need your order sooner? We offer express shipping for between $14.99 - 19.99 AUD. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) will be dispatched the same day to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Express shipping usually takes 1–2 business days to metro areas.

Local Pick-Up

Local to the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney? Pick up your order for free. Email your order to info@urthed.com and arrange to pick up the order from our local distribution centre in Bondi, NSW 2026.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free 30-day returns for Australian customers. To initiate a return, contact us at info@urthed.com, and we’ll provide you with a return label. Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange and notify you via email.

Consumer Guarantees: Our returns policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law, meaning if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
